Holidays in the mountains

Valdaora, in Val Pusteria

The mountain resort of Valdaora (German Olang), in Val Pusteria (German: Pustertal) is a destination for your summer and winter holidays in the mountains. In summer in Olang you can fish and take part into many hiking or mountain bike trips around its lake; you can also discover the hiking paths on the surrounding mountains. A trekking itinerary in the mountains is the "Refuges Path" (Italian: Via dei Rifugi), which allows you to discover the most authentic South Tyrolean hospitality. This path is also suitable for children, as the run to reach the refuges around Valdaora is never longer than three hours.
